As an Assistant Professor of Management at Trine University, I bring over five years of higher education experience. I previously served as Associate Dean of Student Affairs here at Trine, where I managed housing processes, addressed student issues, and improved student retention through strategic planning. In 2021, I was awarded The Presidential Award of Excellence in Performance for management work related to the recent pandemic.

My teaching approach focuses on personalized guidance and fostering a supportive learning environment, ensuring students have the resources to thrive academically and personally.

I actively engage with my community and enjoy volunteering at church events. I am very busy in my personal life with a very active 1 year old. I enjoy spending time with family on the lake. As for sports and hobbies, I love to golf and cheer on the Indianapolis Colts.
