Earl D. Brooks II, Ph.D., Trine University president, presented the award to Henvey, who serves on the university’s Board of Trustees, near the conclusion of the event.
“His leadership and partnership have continued to strengthen the relationship between Parkview and Trine as both organizations seek to meet the growing healthcare needs of this region,” Dr. Brooks said in presenting the award.
“I’m humbled and honored for the recognition. In my job, I’m fortunate to be surrounded by some very talented people who do the heavy lifting,” Henvey said. “It’s been amazing to watch what Dr. Brooks and his team have done in health sciences in the last decade in northeast Indiana. I’m excited for what Trine will do moving ahead.”
The Touchstone Celebration was held in the Keith E. Busse/Steel Dynamics Inc. Athletic and Recreation Center.
