Melissa Brown is the Academic Director of the Doctor of Information Technology degree program for the College of Graduate and Professional Studies at TrineOnline. Melissa earned her Master's degree in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Forensic Psychology from Trine University in 2016. Before her role as academic director, Melissa was a community supervision officer for ten years, during which time she worked with offender populations implementing cognitive interventions to promote behavioral change. Apart from her role as Academic Director, she teaches sociology and forensic psychology and develops online Criminal Justice courses.
