Tony Downs brings extensive business expertise and a passion for teaching to his role as a college business professor. With an MBA and MAHR degree, he has spent 30 years in business leadership, excelling in sales, marketing, and collaboration with Human Resources.

Transitioning from a successful executive career to academia in 2021, Tony now teaches MBA and HR courses. He has been an adjunct professor at Phoenix College for seven years and at Trine University for 3.5 years.

Tony is committed to nurturing the next generation of business leaders by sharing practical insights from his corporate experience. He particularly enjoys guiding international students, recognizing their drive and tenacity.

Believing in lifelong learning, Tony fosters a collaborative and diverse learning environment, valuing mutual learning among students.
