Keirsten Eberts graduated from Trine University with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology and a Master of Science in Leadership, specializing in higher education. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctor of Education in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. With over 11 years of experience in higher education, she has successfully led teams and handled challenging situations, prioritizing innovative solutions. Her journey reflects a strong dedication to serving others and designing engaging curricula for a diverse student body.
Currently, she holds the position of Vice President of Online and International Studies at Trine University in Angola, Indiana. In this capacity, she has significantly contributed to the institution's global outreach and online learning programs. Her focus has been on establishing partnerships with educational institutions worldwide, ensuring the satisfaction and success of students in both online and international programs.
In her earlier role as the Associate Vice President and Dean for the College of Graduate and Professional Studies and the Office of International Services, she gained insights into student retention dynamics and the significance of effective program development.
Outside of her professional commitments, she has shared her insights through various activities, such as hosting "The Onliners" podcast and serving as a peer reviewer for Quality Matters. Additionally, she has been honored with awards such as the Young Professionals Network Member of the Year and the Chamber Volunteer of the Year.
