Sara Khayat is an accomplished educator, business analyst, and program manager with extensive experience in both K-12 and higher education. She holds a Master of Business Administration (Data Analytics) from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), graduating with a 4.0 GPA in both programs. Additionally, Sara earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from UTA.
Throughout her career, Sara has worked in K-12 education as a teacher, ESL coordinator, data analyst, and program manager. In her role as a program manager, she successfully led educational initiatives, coordinated resources, and ensured the alignment of programs with institutional goals. Her experience in program management enhanced her leadership skills and enabled her to implement data-driven strategies to improve student outcomes.
Sara has also expanded her expertise to the field of business analytics and now teaches graduate-level courses in business analytics. She is passionate about empowering her students to use data to make informed business decisions.
Sara's professional credentials include certifications in Online Development, Certified Principal, Certified ESL Instructor, and various Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) roles, including Leading SAFe - Scaled Agilist (SA) 5.1, Scaled Practitioner (SP) 5.1, and SAFe Advanced Scrum Master 5.1. She also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Tableau, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Residing in Irving, Texas, Sara is dedicated to lifelong learning and the application of her skills to empower students and organizations through effective data analysis, strategic leadership, and program management.
