I am an assistant professor in the Exercise Science department of Trine University's School of Health Sciences. I am currently a student in the PhD in Leadership - Health and Human Performance program at Concordia University Chicago, where I also completed my Master's in Exercise Science - Human Movement Science. As a graduate, past soccer player, and past soccer coach at Trine University, I am excited to return and contribute to the University and program that shaped me into the person that I am today. In addition to being an educator and student, I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I grew up in Coldwater, Michigan, and enjoyed attending Trine sporting events as a kid. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, playing soccer, hiking, and traveling with my husband and our dog.
