2024-2025 EPP Disaggregated Employment Rates Strengths:

• 100% (27/27) of completers seeking education employment secured an education-related position or graduate school admission

2024-2025 EPP Disaggregated Employment Rates Areas of Challenge:

• 100% (5/5) of completers have earned education positions in another state though the EPP is unable to officially track licensure since it is conferred by another state

2022-2023, 2023-2024, and 2024-2025 EPP Disaggregated Employment Rates Trends:

• Over 3 cycles, 100% of completers (86/86) secured education-related positions or graduate school admission

Future Direction

The EPP has established consistent cycles of high employment rates. The EPP dean, faculty, content advisor committee, and stakeholder committee continue to analyze content and pedagogy test performance annually, which is needed for licensure.
