Trine University’s campus-owned houses provide students with a comfortable, independent living experience while staying connected to campus life. These homes offer a great mix of space, privacy and convenience, perfect for students looking for the next level of Trine living.

Each house includes:

  • Full kitchen (kitchenware not included)
  • Fully furnished living areas and bedrooms
  • A variety of layouts including 3-, 4-,and 5-bedroom options
  • One duplex unit is large enough to accommodate up to eight students

Most houses are located within a short walking distance of campus, with two homes situated just past the golf course on Maumee Street.
