What is TEAM?
An affordable, 10-month, cohort-based Transition to Teaching & Teacher Induction Program customized to unique district needs through an innovative apprenticeship model.

Why TEAM?
- Immediately begin classroom teaching with timely, relevant support and teacher training
instruction
- Program completion time is only ten months
- Trine works with the employee's school district to find ways to help cover tuition
costs
- Relevant coursework aligned with teacher day-to-day practices and teacher evaluation
rubrics
- Earn 18-24 graduate credits toward a Master’s Degree in Education from Trine University
