Mike graduated from Wabash College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and received his MBA from Vanderbilt University with a concentration in finance and investments. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation in 1994 and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Mike is a member of the Dekko Foundation Grants Review committee, the Ketner School of Business Advisory Board, the Parkview Health System Board of Directors and Chair of the Investment Committee, the Oak Farm School Board of Directors, and Trine University's Board of Trustees. He is married and has four children.

Mr. Nedele has a passion for supporting community institutions. In addition to his position as President and owner of Croxton & Roe Insurance Service, Mr. Nedele also serves as a Board member on the Steuben County Community Foundation after previously serving on the foundation’s Grants Committee. Mr. Nedele is also a Board Member for Cameron Health and First Savings Bank. He also co-founded and currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the YMCA Camp Potawatomi.

Jason Stechschulte

Member, Business Development Manager of Marathon Petroleum Corp.

Jason graduated from Trine University with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and is the Business Development Senior Director at Marathon Petroleum Corporation. He leads commercial strategy development, manages a capital project portfolio of more than $100 million annually, and represents Marathon as a board member of both the Capline and Louisiana Offshore Oil Port (LOOP).

He was inducted into the Trine University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011 and honored with the dedication of the Jason A. Stechschulte All-American Room in 2016. An active community volunteer, Jason has coached youth sports for more than a decade and serves with the United Way. He and his wife, Megan, live in Findlay, Ohio, with their family.
