Throughout her career, Fatimah has demonstrated a commitment to fostering academic excellence and supporting students and faculties in their educational journeys and professions. As an academic Director, she oversees Curriculum development, program implementation, and student success initiatives, ensuring that all academic programs meet the highest standards of quality and rigor.

In her role as academic director and advisor, Fatimah provides personalized guidance and support to the instructors and students helping them navigate academic requirements, set educational goals, and develop strategies for success. She is known for her empathic approach, strong communication skills, and ability to build meaningful relationships with faculty and students from diverse backgrounds.

Fatimah is deeply passionate about education and believes in the transformative power of learning. She is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all faculty and students can thrive academically and personally.

Fatimah's previous roles involved contributing to academic research aimed at developing and improving knowledge through understanding specific problems from multiple perspectives and through varied angles. Her work focused on identifying creative solutions to these issues and developing a plan of action. She was motivated by a desire to make a positive difference in her community.

In addition to her work as an Academic Director and Advisor, Fatima has been actively involved in nonprofit organization for international cooperation. She studied certain topics and trained new interns with the aim of helping them succeed.

She also has been chosen to serve as a role model to provide mentorship and guidance to empower women and girls in their pursuit of achieving their dreams of becoming leaders and professionals and attaining their aspirations.

In her free time, Fatimah enjoys learning new languages, going shopping, drawing, designing, swimming, hiking, biking, taking photographs, reading books, listening to music, and participating in different activities with her friends.

Besides Arabic, Fatimah speaks English and basic Turkish.
